Megan Fox in Interview Magazine

Photographer: Craig McDean

I've never been a big fan of Megan Fox because she just seems really trashy but yet acts like some innocent baby-voice-talking damsel in her movies. Urgh. Seen one, seen it all. However, I always found her fucking gorgeous in a very FHM way and yes, to my effing delight, she did something classy for a change.

Feast.

MAKE OVERS!

Jeanie Rabbit: One of the lovely door gifts we did get from Mister Tantric 2010 at Zirca was a small but significant voucher from Swedish delight The Studio

Photobucket

It's an S$80 voucher for a make over!

A rush of ideas came through me like a Skittles waterfall, here's a few ideas

Photobucket
Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland!

Or from Jean Paul Gaultier's Couture Fall 2009

Photobucket

Photobucket
I'd always wanted curls like that, coupled this look with a swingy flapper dress and a tiny little smooch-kiss hat, why not?

Photobucket
Or give me a Japanese Geisha seductress look. Meow.

Photobucket
Vabot, nice?

Photobucket
Or my idea of a typical Tai-Tai look. Right up the spud my lovelies.

Let me not get carried away as I'm re-looking the booklet.

Here's some of the samples (and if this is the best.. Oh boy.)

It seems that we have to bring our own outfits and shoes to match. Geebus. So they only do the make-up. It's ok, I'll do a top-less shot then I won't have to worry about what to match my outfit with. OH PLEASE. Can PHOTO-SHOP one what.

What say you Miss Therese?

Therese: It was a man flesh fest. Men dressed in skimpy, butt-hugging shorts which barely skimmed their butt cheeks. All of them had almost no body fat. A feast for the male-loving population.

The contestants were dressed in... well... clothes that barely covered their bodies.
They were first dressed in a construction worker's gear, with holes strategically placed around the outfit. Underneath the construction worker's gear, some hot pink swimming trunks can be seen. HHHHOOOOTTTTTTTTTT.

Jeanie Rabbit: DEFO MOFOs! I was more into the Queens. This was my first ever live Beauty Pageant and I'm super duper thrilled that it was for our lovely boys. Though organised by one of the bestest gay pubs in town, not all contestants were horizontally challenged (pesky forumers have been going on about how there was one STRAIGHT guy in it). The event was held at Zirca and the locale was just small and sweet (like some of the contestants, but hey hey, not a bad thing ;). We were also entertained by the cool dancing kids who totally rocked the house and brought the event up to speed as at some points, it was rather draggy. SMOOOOOCHHHHHESSSS to all who participated, it was LOADS fun.

Photobucket

T: The boys came out in their boxers for their 2nd outfit - the morning after look. But we think that it's the shower time look. Still LOVE, by the way.
JR: Yeah, I love how the competition was played out like foreplay. YUM.

Therese expired on the spot after taking the picture above.

The 3rd outfit was a pair of swimming trunks that barely concealed their man bulges. *ahem*

Photobucket

And the last outfit was the swimming trunks with some shawls made of thick cords. It reminded Therese a little of S&M. *ahem* (We don't have a good picture of that, but see the picture of Mr Tantric 2010 below for a glimpse.)
Of course, the crowd was wild for them.
SSSSOOOO, this is Mr Tantric 2010. He's so shy and naturally bashful that it's cute. <3

<3 (*Therese wipes drool off her face*)

While the men were dressed in almost nothing (so I cannot say much about the fashion of the constestants), the hosts were dressed in fabulous dresses that we would kill to wear.

First, CORSETS. Very hot.

Photobucket

Therese loves the hat and the bling on it.
It also reminds us of Moulin Rouge/part Crazy Clown.

Photobucket
This one looks like Crazy Bitch from Orchard Towers who stole my wallet while looking like a rabid clown joker thing.

Photobucket

Photobucket

The bigger the skirt, the smaller the waist looks. <3>

Photobucket

This. I (Therese) LOVES.

Photobucket

20's flapper style can never go out of style, we reckon. Plus all the spangles just make you wanna swish left to right, perfect party dress!

Photobucket
And we obviously have to give it up for MIss Fabulous here who had to endure several not so pussy nice burn remarks from skinny ninny Queen.

WORK IT WOMAN!!

What did 0 said to 8?

"WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR WAIST!!!??"

Yes. The waist is tres tres important. For those lucky ones who have found theirs and made beautiful love with their waists... well, fuck you!!

I had the most trouble finding clothes that would proportion my body due to my waist. For years, I couldn't buy jeans off the shelves like regular gals do because the waist line would either be too high or too low for me. Thankfully, after years of jeans engineering, the world has now more than 10 different cuts of jeans for ladies.

While working at Lucky Brand Jeans, I was exposed to women of different altitudes and latitudes, and I had to find the best fit available. In learning about their bodies, I learnt about mine and I gave jeans another try (I BLOODY HELL SWORE OFF JEANS LIKE IN 1998 LOR!). Today, I'm a regular skinny ninny jeans junkie (I get mine at Joop because I wear length 30).

Was still watching the curtains flap when I noticed that low waist is back, in dresses! Hooray for me! I love low waist dresses

1. Covers the belly
2. Feels damn comfortable
3. Makes me feel like a Victorian child
4. Proportions the body therefore *perfect* for those who don't have a defined hour glass figure like Mariah Carey and Therese Rabbit

Here are a few highlights from Style.com and my dear Rabbit readers, what say y'all, CUTE OR NOT?

Photobucket
A Marc Jacobs lovely. Oh I have a dress like that from Joop. Lovely with lace, add to my shopping cart please!

Photobucket
Something more simpler, very chic for work - Giambattista Valli

Photobucket
Generra says it can also be short and sexy!

A little Thakoon love wrapping us up

Like a Russian princess.

Let's bring our waist back, lovely Rabbits!

Alice + Olivia Fall RTW 2010

Lazy Sunday afternoons are good for two things

1. Watching the curtains flap and
2. Thinking of things to do that can stretch the last few hours before another work/school week begin

I can't say I came up with anything good until I was casually checking out Style.com/watching Avril Lavigne's music video/sipping Twinning's Ginger Lemon tea (don't you love how girls can multi-task) that I hopped onto Alice + Olivia's Fall Ready To Wear 2010. I usually don't read Introduction unless there's something bitchy going down, but my eyes happened to roll downwards, serendipity I guess and saw what one of the designers had to comment -

"These clothes are fun," Bendet said. "They're like candy." If you go looking for deep meanings here, you'll be disappointed—but ponderous musings definitely aren't the point.

Tis true! Fourth of July's fireworks going on in my brain here. Tis true, I say. It's been of late that when I'm dressing up and I over-think and analyse what goes with what, and what this look would evoke that I'm losing out the fun in fashion. People, as always, have been harsh; always trying to label each other into a stereotype that I got affected. But if being labelled a hippie weirdo who makes Harry Potter references left, right, centre means I'm fun, so be it my fair people!

Here's a few pieces I adore from Alice + Olivia

PhotobucketPhotobucket
Ready for work I say!

PhotobucketPhotobucket
My party outfits while KTVing or meal/chilling with my mates

PhotobucketPhotobucket
My date outfits if I got asked out... preferably in red of course

Perfect for Christmas and New Year's!
